Chevy Chase Land Company is pleased to announce the start
of the redevelopment of Chevy Chase Center. The construction
site was mobilized in November and actual construction commenced
on December 12, 2003. Please click

Clyde's Restaurant has reopened and The Collection at Chevy Chase, the two luxury retail buildings along Wisconsin Avenue, will open in the fall of 2005. Giant Food is expected
to reopen in an entirely new, larger store in early 2006. The office tower and neighborhood retailers are scheduled to open in the summer of 2006.
